Season 6 / Episode 2: - Once Upon a Time...

Dexter Morgan: [voice-over] Wolves come in many forms. Some have big eyes; the better to see you with. Others huff and puff. Or others hide in the plain sight. I should know because, like it or not, I am one, too! That's never going to change. And neither is the fact my little lamb is becoming a little boy. Walking. Talking. Listening. Episode 07 - Goof (continuity error): Dexter's gloves disappear after he ends his phone call with Debra while on the boat. He is wearing black latex gloves while he is on the phone. He ends the call, turns around and when advancing the throttle at the helm of the boat, he is no longer wearing gloves.
Episode 04 - Goof (crew or equipment visible): When Dexter goes from the hospital to the crime scene, someone with sunglasses on can be seen when looking to the rear-view mirror.
Episode 10 - Goof (factual errors): Peter Grant's address (per the magazine which Dexter finds in Holly's apartment) is in Coral Gables, Florida. However, the zip code given is 33104, which is a zip code for Miami Lakes, a town about eighteen miles north of Coral Gables.
Episode 05 - Goof (plot holes): The page numbers from the Bible that Dexter discovers are only printed on one side of the page. This combined with the even and odd numbers used by the Doomsday killer make it inconsistent.
Episode 07 - Goof (continuity error): Entering the elevator with Laguerta, Deb carries a satchel full of papers and staggers slightly with the load. Leaving the elevator, she carries it without effort.
