Episode 03 - Goof (crew or equipment visible): The camera man is plainly visible in the reflection of Lundy's sunglasses several times at the location of the "suicide" victim (when talking to Debra, when with Dexter, etc).
Episode 06 - Goof (factual errors): Masuka while disclosing details about the Mitochondrial DNA they found, said it emphatically that "its female", while in fact Mitochondrial DNA is ALWAYS female in Humans, which would make it only a fact Masuka would inform others and not actually spend time 'finding out'.
