Mistakes/Goofs

Goof (continuity error): During the baptism scene the water level in relation to Brother Sam and Nick changes between shots.
Goof (crew or equipment visible): When Dexter goes from the hospital to the crime scene, someone with sunglasses on can be seen when looking to the rear-view mirror.
Goof (revealing mistake): When Dexter has just finished finding the second piece of paper in the intestines, Jamie calls him to tell him Harrison isn't feeling well, and he is holding his iPhone upside down.
