Mistakes/Goofs

Goof (plot holes): SPOILER: At the end of the previous episode, Gabrielle and Carlos agree to stop being hateful people after destroying each other's things when the divorce sentence comes to an end. On this episode, Gabrielle claims to be divorced and Carlos is out of sight. It's not explained where he went and what happened with his and Gabrielle's "fixed" relationship.
