Joining the Degrassi: The Next Generation cast as a regular in season four is Mike Lobel.
His Character: Jay Hogart
Jay's always been a badass who's only looking out for number one and last year proved no different.
He almost wrecked things between Spinner and Darcy in a bid to get his old friend back, he coerced JT into selling drugs and didn't bat an eye when JT ended up in the hospital thanks to an overdose.
The guy's just trouble. If he feels anything for anyone it's Alex -- according to Jay they're the same person.
Unfortunately for him, Alex doesn't see it that way, they're just friends.
This year, Jay's happy that old buddy Sean's back in town -- even if Sean does become a permanent fixture on his couch.
