Did you know that Dan Dority played the part of Marys' brother Warren in the movie "Something about Mary". Bit of difference in the 2 parts I must say. |

In my opinion this show manages to do a great job capturing the atmosphere of that particular historical period. It's also one of the best western shows ever. I've never complained about the language(even if it is rather strong) because it simply adds to the atmosphere which the show struggles to create (and it mostly accomplished it's goal). |

Yes the language is terrible and I am sure it is overkill but aside from this great show bad luck on pay TV |

Although the strong language was a little over the top, I really liked this show. This left me with a great ambition to see Deadwood. I was disappointed to find almost nothing original reamined, so that left the burial sites of Will Bill, Calamity Jane and others. That, too, was disappointing as he was not even in the original graveyard. My advice, enjoy the show, skip the visit. |
