Summary: Dan Dority brings Brom Garret's body back to camp. Al has E.B. give the widow an offer for her claim, but she has Doc look at the body instead.The low-life Jack McCall's hatred for Wild Bill Hickok results in him shooting Bill from behind in Nutall's saloon.

Mistakes/Goofs

Goof (continuity error): After Wild Bill is shot and falls out of his chair to the right, the chair falls straight back on the floor. When the camera angle changes. the chair is now on it's side behind Bill. When it changes again, it is on it's back again where it originally fell over.
