Episode 21 - Gail states: "Is it just my imagination, or did this year go by even faster than the last?" This is a joke about the fact that their sophomore year spanned two seasons and their junior spanned just one season.
Episode 20 - Goof (errors in geography): Dawson and Joey have a discussion outside the library, right next to a monument/dedication rock that clearly reads "Wilmington, North Carolina" where the show is filmed, not "Capeside, Massachusetts" where it is set.
Episode 13 - Goof (continuity error): (at around 30 mins) Jen is catching up to Henry and causes her string on her sweater to catch her coat which shows through the scene, but when the camera cuts to a different angle, where the string is hanging down normally.
