Summary: Binkie Muddlefoot tells Drake that Gosalyn should act more like a 'lady', so Drake tries to get Gosalyn to be more lady-like. (and this involves manners and wearing dresses.) Meanwhile, Tuskernini has developed a spray called Hypno Gas that makes people act the way they are dressed, and he targets the people attending the school masquerade party.
