Summary: Dr. Slug edges out Negaduck as Public Enemy Number One and Negaduck is not happy. He plans to regain that spot by targeting St. Canard's newest heroine, the Quiverwing Quack (Gosalyn Mallard). Darkwing agrees to help Gosalyn, but Negaduck proves too much and Gosalyn is grounded. But Quiverwing won't be treated like a child and sets out to defeat Negaduck herself.
