Summary: Darkwing is getting stressed out, so he goes to the Stress Free Clinic run by Dr. Heebie (Quackerjack) and Dr. Jeebie (Megavolt) and they brainwash him into being really calm. Now he is way too calm, not even Gosalyn deystroying the house can get him mad. When Megavolt and Quackerjack start a fire that soon starts to spread, Launchpad and Gosalyn have to try to get Darkwing away from it, and then Megavolt causes a flood.
