Summary: After a television program shows that Darkwing has a poor reputation with the public, Gosalyn and Honker decide that Darkwing needs an image change. It appears to be working, as Darkwing cleans up St. Canard (with a little help from his friends). Negaduck has other plans, and systematically sets about to ruin Darkwing's new image. But you can't keep a good duck down, and Darkwing returns with a vengeance.
