Summary: Megavolt has become television's hottest star with the help of the Electrolyzer, a device that allows him to go into TVs. But he steals the wrong Turbo Technic Remote Control and soon has Darkwing Duck on his tail in a chase through the airwaves and right into Hollywood, USA. Here, the Darkwing Duck cartoon is a big seller, and Darkwing realizes he isn't getting any of the profits. And it seems that there is no way home.
