Summary: Comet Guy, the superhero from the planet Mertz, returns to Earth in search of Darkwing Duck. Mertz is in trouble and they need his help. Darkwing suspects it's to rescue someone important, but to his dismay, he discovers it's nothing of the sort. Ordinary Guy, the only one on Mertz without superpowers, is missing. And they want Darkwing to take his place.
