Summary: Honker and Gosalyn track down a set of dinosaur footprints, and are led to the nefarious Dr. Fossil, duck turned dinosaur. With his de-evolution ray and the help of a passing comet, Dr. Fossil plans to end all life on the planet to give dinosaurs a second chance on living. Darkwing, just turned into a dinosaur, must stop Dr. Fossil from crashing a comet into the Earth and sending history back to the Jurassic times.
