Secret Service agent Jerome Daggett was head of the Presidential Protection Detail's elite A-team, until he jumped in the wrong direction when an assassin opened fire on the President. After the humiliation, he is demoted to the B-team, a dumping ground for loser agents charged with guarding the First Lady and her daughter, who treats him like a servant rather than the bodyguard/cop that he is.
