Summary: While attending a Homicide conference in Seattle, Dominic discovers several cases in other cites, that not only share similarities to each other, but also to a recent homicide in Vancouver. Everyone begins to hunt down a serial killer who is drugging women, and dumping their bodies, working their way up the Pacific Northwest.
