The series is about a rebellious female cyber who refuses to follow her creator's devious plot for global domination. CyberSix has run away from the mad scientist Von Richter. Disguised as a male high school teacher by day and battling evil by night, CyberSix must strive to keep her identity an undercover secret.

Series Fun Facts
- Based on the Argentinean comic series, the story was also used to create the Argentinean Live-Action TV series "Cybersix" in 1995. It did rather poorly and ended up being canceled.
- In the original Cybersix comic book, it was alluded that Von Reichter and Jose were Nazis. This is why Jose would always march around like an SS soldier.
