  • Episode 23 - Goof (plot holes): In the previous episode, Danny was given two weeks suspension for being too rough with a suspect. At the beginning of the episode, Lindsay is looking for him and Adam says that he's at a crime scene. What is he doing at a crime scene if he's still (only one week later) under suspension?
  • Episode 08 - Goof (continuity error): Lindsay mentioned that the fingerprints of the 2nd Mac Taylor start at the 99th floor. However, in the very first scene, this victim is seen tugging on the 100th floor exit - where his fingerprints would have been found when the crime scene was processed.
  • Episode 10 - Goof (revealing mistake): Toward the end of the episode as Jamie Sunderland boards her getaway helicopter she receives a text message from her father, however the phone screen shows the phone to be in the offline mode, which severs it from the network and prevents receipt of calls and messages.
