Summary: While looking into the murder of a music executive, Mac is thrown off by the victim's sister who passes a lie detector test and swears that both she and the victim were attacked by a woman, despite the fact that the victim's sister would have been given his lucrative life insurance policy. Meanwhile, Danny and Detective Angell investigate the death of a woman in a bathtub.

The title was also the name of a hit song in 1979 by the band Blondie (III).
Danny: "Whoa, who's on first here, huh?" As Danny and Detective Angell are inquiring a neighbor about the tenant of the apartment where the woman died, there's a confusion about that person's identity. Each answer the neighbor gives gets the detectives more confused, until Danny alludes to "Who's on first?", a comedy routine around baseball players with double-meaning names that was made famous by Abbott and Costello, Bud Abbott and 'Lou Costello', and has been mentioned in a number of shows and movies.
