Summary: While Horatio deals with his past following his arrest, the other CSIs must work against the clock to save Calleigh from kidnappers.

Goof (continuity error): At the final showdown at the poker table, the kidnappers revolver is shown with the hammer down, then with the hammer cocked, but he never cocks it.
Goof (factual errors): The large computer the team uses to view a flash (jump) drive or any such contents of a computer simply does not exist. If it did, the computer would cost tens of millions of dollars which the police department (or the crime lab) does not have.
