Summary: Horatio investigates a gang related shooting at the emergency room of a hospital. Evidence points to a hospital orderly as a witness to the shooting of one of his friends. Yet it is later found that the crime may have been related to a cheating girlfriend and not a gang bang after all. Meanwhile, Ryan checks the story of a mother in the emergency room regarding her daughter, which makes no sense.
