IAB Sergeant Rick Stetler: Lieutenant Caine, do you really think the CSI that's responsible for destroying the original evidence should be assigned to the case?
Lieutenant Horatio Caine: I don't remember asking for your opinion, Rick.
IAB Sergeant Rick Stetler: Well, the commander suggested IAB should check into this, find out how this accident occurred and which employee maybe involved in undermining a major murder investigation, not to mention compromising countless other cases. It is Delko, right?

MISTAKES/GOOFS

FACT: Ashley Anders birth certificate reads Minnesota as county of birth. Minnesota is a state.
CONT: When they ask Kyle Preston what's happened to his finger, he says that he cannot fold his finger, since he was hurt during a basketball game. But previously during the interrogation, we see Kyle having all his fingers folded.
CHAR: Horatio asks Alex to determine the age of the dead porn star Anders. Her diagnosis is that Anders cannot be older than 18 years, because her wisdom teeth have not yet erupted and are more than five centimeters below the gum line. Five centimeters are approximately two inches, so what Alex obviously meant was five millimeters.
FAKE: When Alexx is cleaning the deceased Ashley Anders' face, her lips move.
