Summary: CSI has been called in to investigate what seems to be a hit-and-run, but evidence on the scene indicates that the man actually hit the car. Later, Horatio fines another victim who was impaled on a fence, and further evidence seems to connect the two deaths. Meanwhile, Calleigh investigates a house that appeared to have been looted and discovers a corpse.

MISTAKES/GOOFS

FACT: The "landfall" of Hurricane Anthony occurs when a few drops of rain hit the car. Suddenly the rain starts falling and the wind blowing fiercely. In reality, that has happened long before landfall. Landfall occurs when the eye moves onto the shore. The eye is calm with no wind and no rain. The wind is blowing with no wind and rain with the sun shining and the person remarks "ten minutes before a hurricane hits." Hurricane conditions gradually move in and conditions worsen. They don't all of sudden appear.
CONT: At the beginning the media broadcasts reports about hurricane Andrew, but later into the episode, this changes to hurricane Anthony as in the episode title.
