Summary: A group of fishermen have discovered what seems to be a human torso in a shark that they caught, so CSI is called in to investigate. However, what at first doesn’t seem to be a crime turns into a true mystery, as the victim had been shot before being eaten by the shark.

MISTAKES/GOOFS

FACT: The tiger shark that contained an entire arm and part of the torso of a hapless Cuban is in fact a sand tiger shark which has only been responsible for two (provoked) fatalities since records began. Also Delko says the shark will eat anything as long as it is alive, this is also inaccurate as tiger sharks are known to also eat carrion.
