Summary: A Nevada mental hospital for sexually violent criminals and the criminally insane becomes the site of Grissom’s newest investigation when an inmate is murdered. As Sara and Grissom probe deeper into the case, they quickly learn that each of their suspects, all of which are locked inside the facility, are capable of extreme, brutal violence.
