Mistakes/Goofs
- Goof (continuity error): Grissom's body changes positions on the vibrating bed between shots.
- Goof (continuity error): After the opening theme, Warrick and Sara state the Dominguezes are staying in suite 859, but the closed captioning says 869.
- Goof (factual errors): When Alice Dominguez is found dead in the hotel room, she is seated in a chair with her left arm toward the glass wall. The right side of her neck is cut, but the blood is shown to have spurted on the glass wall to her left. Since the cut is on the right side, that is the direction the blood would have spurted. There should have been no blood on the glass wall.
