Episode 05 - Goof (continuity error): The cut on Garret's forehead is flipped on the shot of his plane ride back to Boston and changes positions during later conversations in his office.
Episode 02 - Goof (plot holes): Despite the fact that Walcott has used up all her peremptory challenges by the time Jordan is called, it is hard to believe that any judge would seat a juror who was personally acquainted with one of the attorneys trying a case.
Episode 07 - Nigel identifies a paint chip from a dead suspect's shoe as "...having been specially formulated for the now-defunct Swann-Flanders Construction Company". Episode 02 - Goof (continuity error): The pattern on Jordan's scarf around the front of her neck changes between camera angles during several scenes even though she never touches it.
