Mistakes/Goofs

Goof (factual errors): The paramedics would have immediately removed Garcia's glasses when they arrived (to check her pupils).
Goof (continuity error): Garcia's glasses are on, then off, then on while being treated by the paramedics.
Goof (continuity error): The summary of the last episode at the beginning shows Penelope being shot in the upper chest. You can see the hole in her jacket on her upper left chest. However, paramedics bandage her a lot lower towards the abdomen Further, later on, there are no marks on her chest/cleavage where the initial shot was shown.
