  • Goof (errors made by characters, possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): During the skydiving scene, the instructor notes that they are only 2,000 feet AGL (above ground level), but Annie is in freefall for about 30 seconds and she would have hit the ground in about 15 seconds, 20 seconds maximum. The aerial views shown are also clearly from an altitude of much higher than 2,000 feet.
  • Goof (continuity error): When Annie walks into her sister's kitchen on the second morning, when she's wearing the bright blue blouse, her jacket is buttoned. When she high fives her niece the view switches and her jacket is now unbuttoned, then the view switches back and her coat is buttoned again, and then the view switches to one from behind her sister and the jacket is again unbuttoned.
  • Goof (continuity error): When Stass is preparing to assassinate Petrov he lays his gun on a serving cart under a staggered stack of 5 or 6 folded cloth napkins. However, when he reaches his destination the gun is now inside a single folded napkin laying on top of all the other napkins.
  • Goof (revealing mistake): At the start of the episode, Annie is the first to perform a parachute jump that the instructor warns is from 2000 feet AGL (above ground level). He urges everyone to pull their ripcord as soon as they exit. Annie falls a full 30 seconds (during the credits) before pulling her ripcord. During that time, she would have fallen 5500 feet if she didn't hit the ground first.
  • Goof (continuity error): During the scene where Annie is chasing after Stass her sensible running shoes are clearly visible, but when she is slumped over in the subway station, she is back in very high heels.
  • Goof (continuity error): In the scene where Annie is brought into an office to be told she is needed at Langley, the officer behind the desk is black, but when we see her face, from behind him, the ear and neck in the foreground are white.
  • Goof (factual errors): When Annie first gets into the Langley building, after sky diving at the farm, they take her picture and record her fingerprints. They also get a picture of her eyes, possibly for reference, or security reasons. The picture of the eye is a hazel eye, with some light brown and green. Annie's (Piper Perabo's) eyes are actually a very dark brown.
  • Goof (factual errors): When Annie lands from her parachute jump, there is a pole with a windsock in the middle of the landing zone. This would be very dangerous to anyone who actually landed in the center of the target. Windsocks would normally be located several hundred feet away from a jump zone to prevent injuries.
  • Goof (continuity error): When she says, "DEC method; determine, evade, coerce," during the car chase, the background behind the car can be seen to jump.
  • Goof (revealing mistake): When Arthur Campbell receives a fax, the printed fax can clearly be seen going into the machine as well as out and the copy button is lit.
  • Goof (errors in geography): The show is set in the US, with part of the episode supposedly being in Bethesda, MD, however in the city shots, banners advertising an event have a .ca (Canadian) web address, which shows that the show is shot in a Canadian city.
  • Goof (factual errors): In the shot immediately after the gunfight (as the Zürich police approach), a large orange "construction zone" sign can be seen behind Oded Fehr. Such signs do not exist in Switzerland or for that matter in Europe and are exclusive to North America
  • Goof (revealing mistake): On the computer, when Annie is searching for information on Ben Mercer, there's an error message that reads "Acess Denied". It should have said "Access". Also the Communications check box reads "Comunications".
  • Goof (revealing mistake): When Annie walker is faxing a set of documents as proof of Iranian Arms Deal the second page clearly shows the text to be in Urdu, which is the language spoken in Pakistan not Farsi or Arabic. Moreover, the content of that page just happen to be quotes of one of Prophet Muhammad's companions, mostly about justice, kindness and fair treatment to women, and not proof of any arms deal.
  • Goof (revealing mistake): The accent spoken by the Iranian in the film is not of Iran but other Farsi Speaking countries such as Afghanistan.
  • Goof (factual errors): Iranian delegate's family is shown wearing Sunnite costumes however Iranian don't use this type of clothes.
  • Goof (errors in geography): Where Annie's sister and niece are waiting outside to go into the Smithsonian, a ROM poster (Royal Ontario Museum) complete with the ROM's museum logo can be clearly seen.
  • Goof (revealing mistake): The vehicle registrations used on the cars in UK are wrong, the Lexus in which Annie is given a ride in has a registration that will be issued in 2014 and has the wrong font used to be road legal in the UK. The Toyota 4x4 has a registration that will be issued in 2018, the black London cab has a registration that will be issued in 2045 and again in 2025.
  • Goof (continuity error): Annie is shown traveling around London in a Black Cab registration LV45QSV then shows her disembarking from a Burgundy colored taxi registration LX75SVG then later on she hails a taxi with the registration LV45QSV.
  • Goof (continuity error): Before the fireworks, Annie's hair is curly and pulled up into a french twist. When Ben is guiding her after the fireworks, her hair is down and straight. As the camera changes views, Annie's hair is once again curly and put up in a french twist.
  • Goof (continuity error): When Annie and Ben are walking from the market to the food stand in Sri Lanka after he leaves the mark for Lonestar, Annie's hair changes styles several times between shots.
  • Goof (revealing mistake): At the US Naval hospital, American flags are shown hanging vertically with the blue field of stars on the upper right-hand side. Flag protocol states the field should always be in the upper left, whether displayed horizontally or vertically. An American military site would know this.
  • Goof (factual errors): Promethium has no stable isotopes; the longest half-life is 17 years. There is none to be found anywhere in nature. Therefore mining for it is not possible.
  • Goof (continuity error): At the bar after getting the Hassan photo, Annie puts her camera into her pocket twice.
  • Goof (continuity error): When talking Annie's sister walks in with the cupcake, Annie places the handbag on the right side of the banquette seating it moves back and forth between shots.
  • Goof (factual errors): Auggie tells Annie there is snow at a higher elevation, but the trees in the background are green. Even in June, when this episode first aired, it wouldn't be snowing.
  • Goof (miscellaneous): In the subtitles when Annie Walker is talking to her guards, the text should say "...where the third toast." The text actually says "...were the third toast".
  • Goof (errors in geography): When Annie goes to Baltimore, there is a sign that says "Farragut North" this is a D.C. Metro stop and not in Baltimore.
  • Goof (continuity error): When Auggie is first seen his headset is in his right ear. After the cut to Annie, it appears to be in his left ear; however, the entire image has been flipped, as evidenced by the backwards "14" on the overhead compartment.
  • Goof (continuity error): Auggie is in an airplane with three seats on each side of one center aisle (3-3). The plane that takes off is a 747. While its rows are for the most part in a 3-4-3 seating arrangement, none of its rows are in a 3-3 arrangement.
