In his childhood, the international businessman Charles Hope performed a blood oath ritual of the Black Moon gang. This oath resurfaces again and threatens Alexander Addington's business partner and the military security of the Western World. Black Moon gangsters have abducted Hope's daughter in order to guarantee his loyalty. Looking forward to solving his bloody commitments therewith, Hope resigns to an important military technological contract.
