Summary: In order to get his band on a telethon, Cory has to stoop so low as to team up with Sophie. This decision turns out to be one of his worst yet though when she makes them all dress up in cat costumes. Meanwhile, President Martinez plans on doing his bird calls on the telethon, which he's not very good at, but Samantha tries to talk him into letting her go on with him.
