Episode 11 - Andy, played by Missy Peregrym, chooses the name "Candice" while she is undercover. Missy Peregrym previously played a character named "Candice" on Heroes.
Episode 11 - Goof (crew or equipment visible): Missy Peregrym's costume clamps are visible whenever she takes off her coat during the undercover exercise.
Episode 06 - Goof (errors made by characters, possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): A running gag through the episode is that Superintendent Peck thinks Chris's name is "Craig". Lauren Holly wrecks the joke by calling Chris "Chris" the second time she calls him by name.
Episode 02 - Goof (crew or equipment visible): We can see costume clamps on the back of Missy Peregrym's (Andy McNally) shirt in the briefing around minute 17:15.
