Summary: When Mac's appendix bursts on Air Force One, Templeton becomes acting President since the Vice President is not on board. Meanwhile, the airline strike is taking a toll on Memorial Day weekend air traffic, one of the busiest travel times of the year, and Templeton, viewing his unique opportunity as a test-drive for his Presidential plans, handles the situation in a unique manner.
