Summary: On the verge of the KND signing an important treaty that will end hostilities between all kids and teenagers, Nigel is framed by Numbah Infinity, the appointed spokesperson for both parties, and sent to the KND's Arctic prison alongside the notorious KND traitor Chad. Handcuffed to him, Nigel is made a reluctant passenger as Chad makes his escape with the intent of disrupting the peace conference.Meanwhile, the treaty goes ahead aboard the KND skyship, but will the friendly sound of victory literally be the sound of war drums all over again?
