Marshal Jim Crown is assigned the Cimarron Strip: located between Kansas Territory and land occupied by Indians. The threat of range wars is always bubbling just beneath the surface and the Strip is also filled with its share of killers, gamblers, bank robbers, etc. Crown has no deputies so he often counts on Scotsman Angus MacGregor, photographer Francis or cute hotel owner Dulcey for help.
