Episode 15 - Goof (continuity error): Sarah's shoes changes during the roof shoot-out, between high heels and much lower heels.
Episode 19 - When Steve Bartowski (Scott Bakula) sees Ellie for the first time, he says "Oh, boy," a reference to his recurring line in Quantum Leap.
Episode 11 - Goof (continuity error): Chuck tells Sarah he's in the romantic comedy section, but in the background movies such as Jaws 3, BASEketball, and Seabiscuit can all be seen, none of which are romantic comedies.
Episode 21 - Goof (revealing mistake): When Awesome knocks on Casey's front door before opening it, in the upper-right-hand corner, you see a sliver of light from the cheap door moving. Even as Devon fiddles with the lock, the door clearly moves more than it should.
Episode 18 - The date of birth used on the fake Canadian passport of Agent Alex Forrest (shown during one of Chuck's flash sequences) is April 11, 1974; which is the actual date of birth of Tricia Helfer, the Canadian actress portraying the character.
