- Goof (errors made by characters, possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): When Morgan and Verbanksi disembark the helicopter and Verbanski remonstrates with Morgan about using his phone, Morgan turns back to continue using his phone showing that it is clearly being held and used upside down.
- Goof (errors made by characters, possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): After Morgan dumps Alex, Casey says to her, "I know it hurts, Honey. We Caseys don't like to open up..." Alex's last name is McHugh (her mother's name) and the name John Casey is a cover. His real name is Alex Coburn, which is the name Alex associated with her "dead" father until he revealed to her who he is and that he had faked his death and been given a new identity by the NSA. Alex is a Coburn, not a Casey.
