Episode 07 - Goof (continuity error): Leo begins healing Piper who has been impaled with an object which is still sticking out of her stomach. When she is completely healed, the camera goes back to show that the object is nowhere to be found.
Episode 03 - When the Seer (Charisma Carpenter) encounters Leo (Brian Krause) for the first time, she calls Leo's actions un-Scooby-like. It's a reference to Charisma's previous series, [url=/shows/buffy_the_vampire_slayer]Buffy the Vampire Slaye
Episode 14 - Goof (continuity error): When Piper puts Chris down to change him, his head is bare. Then when she exclaims "wow!" he has a blue beanie on. Episode 13 - Goof (continuity error): At the beginning of the episode, Phoebe and Piper are preparing food in the kitchen. While Leo is talking to Phoebe, Phoebe pours something she has mixed together into a pie crust. Seconds later, when she goes to put the crust into the oven, the crust is empty.
