  • Episode 01 - During the hiatus between the fourth and fifth seasons, Rose McGowan dyed her hair red to portray Ann-Margret in the biopic Elvis (2005) (TV). The writers explained the reason for the sudden hair color change by saying that Paige goofed up while making
  • Episode 11 - Goof (continuity error): When Paige is arrested and is at the precinct having her mugshot taken, the left sleeve of her yellow top repeatedly changes positions from up to down as the angle alternates from a close up to a wide shot.
  • Episode 12 - Goof (revealing mistake): Paige's birth date is wrong on her tombstone.
  • Episode 02 - Final appearance of Mr. Cowan, Paige's social working boss.
  • Episode 07 - Goof (continuity error): The house has all of the windows covered with brick at one point. There is also brick seen all along the stairs, at the 29:55 mark, however there are no windows on the stairs.
