Episode 06 - Marks the first appearance of Lochlyn Munro in his recurring role of Jack Sheridan.
Episode 07 - Goof (continuity error): When Prue pokes Jack with the dagger and Piper unfreezes him, there is clearly a red dot of blood on his hand; however, a second or two later when he raises his hand, there is nothing.
Episode 16 - This is the second time Prue was in a car accident. The first time was in the season 1 episode "Dream Sorcerer" when she crashed her car into a pole.
Episode 04 - Goof (continuity error): At the beginning of the episode Prue's necklace disappears and then reappears. A little bit later Piper's necklace disappears.
Episode 20 - Goof (factual errors): The episode title and all character references to monkeys are in error. The featured primates are chimpanzees, which are not monkeys. The key characteristic of monkeys is a tail, which chimpanzees lack.
