Summary: After the devastating events of the battle in the last episode, both Piper and Billie go about trying to get their sisters back. Piper is reunited with Leo and together they enlist Coop's help to go back in time and save their family. |

Phoebe Halliwell: So much has happened over the last 8 years. So much has been gained and lost. Still, in some ways I feel like my life is really just beginning... and it was. For though I had loved before, I'd never really known love until I met Coop. A man who I shared the special little girl I had long ago forseen, but feared I might never have. Along with two other special little girls I had not forseen. I was suddenly so blessed to have a new family of my own, and old friends to share it with. And though I kept working and giving advice to those who asked, I was more interested in helping them find love. Since finally, having been loved.
Paige Matthews: Phoebe, had become somewhat of an expert on the subject. As for me, life without demons opened up similar avenues. Henry of course continued to look after his parolees, even if they didn't want to be looked after. While still making time to help me with little Henry and the twins. Which allowed me time to finally embrace my inner whitelighter. And to help the next generation of witches come into their own.
Piper Halliwell: So that Paige could pass on all the she learned. Not just to her own children, or to mine, or to Phoebe's, but to other future witches and white lighters as well. Which filled the time between when we were doing the fighting and when our kids were old enough to take over. Allowing me time to get back to my roots and cook something other then potions for once. And open the restaurant I'd always dreamed of owning. As for Leo, after we reclaimed magic school he went back to teaching. Which he continued to do, until it was time to retire. Older Piper
Elderly Piper: And although we certainly had our struggles and heart aches over the years we're a family of survivors and we will always be. Which is why we've truly been Charmed.
Granddaughter: Again, Grandmama, again.
Elderly Piper: Oh, dear. No, I can't. I need to rest. But you can look at it for a little while if you'd like. After all, it'll be yours one day.

Mistakes/Goofs
- Goof (incorrectly regarded as a mistake): At the end, Piper's granddaughter shuts the door magically in the wrong direction, or so it would seem, but there's no indication that her powers don't work exactly the same and that she bounced the spell behind the door to push it from the same direction.
- Goof (incorrectly regarded as a mistake): Grams acts like she doesn't know Leo, when in fact he attended the magical happening Grams planned "Witchstock" (season 6, episode 11). It was explained, however, that Grams, being as powerful a witch as she was, could cast a memory spell and erase the events of the time traveling in order to keep from changing the future.
- Goof (incorrectly regarded as a mistake): Grams acts as though she doesn't know that Prue, Piper and Phoebe become the Charmed Ones, or recognize "future" Piper. In fact she acts as though time travel is a big surprise. Where as Grams had meet the Charmed Ones in season 1 episode 17 "That '70's Episode" so should not have been as surprised as she was. Young Grams said in that after they leave that she was going to cast a memory spell to erase the knowledge that they had time traveled to avoid changing the future.
- Goof (revealing mistake): Near the end of the episode after everything has been fixed, Wyatt orbs next to Piper to show that he has his powers back. The footage of Wyatt orbing and Piper standing are obviously not taken at the same time as the screen in the middle of the two characters is not lined up properly and briefly pulls apart before realigning.
- Goof (incorrectly regarded as a mistake): Patty says she is from 1975, and it seems like Phoebe has just been conceived. In "Pardon my Past", Phoebes birthday is given on the family tree as being 11/02/1975. People could interpret this date as 11 Feb 1975, and therefore, they may claim that Paty's statement is wrong. However, the date actually means Nov 02 1975. So Patty saying she's from 1975 is correct, since Phoebe was conceived in that same year.
Trivia
- Even though Chris was "killed" at the end of _"Charmed"(1998) {It's a Bad, Bad, Bad, Bad World: Part 2 (6.23)}_, his presence is explained by the fact that the Chris who "died" was from an alternate time-line where Wyatt had turned evil. However, since he, his parents and his aunts were able to prevent the events that made the older Halliwell brother evil he never had to go back to the past and thus survived.
- You find out exactly what happens to all of the Halliwells in the last few minutes of this series. They even have a tribute to Prue. At the very end, they show a little girl sitting on a chair reading the Book of Shadows. The front door is left open, and the little girl points her finger towards the door, and the door closes (clearly using telekinesis), which is nearly the same thing Prue does at the end of the pilot episode, and the exact same that she does at the end of Season 2.
- Just as predicted in the season 3's "All Halliwell's Eve", Phoebe's true love's first name begins with a "C" - Coop and not Cole Turner as it was assumed in season 3.
- It was revealed at the end that Leo and Piper did have the daughter that Piper met in _"Charmed" (1998) {Morality Bites (2.2)}_.
- This was the series finale.
