Summary: The sisters trace a mysterious Ice Cream Van who abducts children. However, the evil may not be who they initially suspect.

	Season 3 / Episode 10: - We All Scream for Ice Cream Piper: Prue, it's me leaving you another message after leaving Phoebe another message. I tried you at work, but they said you never checked in after your shoot, so where are you guys? Piper: Uh, look, so call me, or better yet, just show up and save me from having to perform an impending awkward rejection all by myself.

FAKE: When Prue and Phoebe are trying to help the girl being pulled into the ice cream truck, harness ropes are clearly visible from the bottom of her pants legs. (This may only be visible on the DVD.)
CONT: As of this episode, James Read permanently takes over the role of Victor on the series from original portrayer, Tony Dennison. Episode 3.10 also marks a continuity change in that Victor's last name is now Bennett (the character was named Victor Halliwell in his original introduction in episode 1.3). During the course of the show, viewers will learn that Halliwell was actually the maiden name of Patty (mom of Prue, Piper, Phoebe), and not their father's last name.

After a two year absence, the sisters' father Victor Bennet returned played by another actor, James Read (II) and the character overcomes Prue's hatred and rejection when he saves her life.
