Summary: As a warlock makes plans for his attempt to kill the Charmed Ones, he receives a visit from Tempus, a demon who will turn back time until the warlock succeeds in killing all the sisters. Upon turning back time after the first failed attempt, Tempus informs the warlock only he will remember the previous events. Because of the endless loop, Phoebe's has a number of strong cases of deje vu. Phoebe sees Andy's death at the hand of a warlock.

MISTAKES/GOOFS

CONT: At the very end of the episode Phoebe is talking to Piper in the kitchen. Her hair is up in a bun. Then a few seconds later the two of them walk out to see Pru on the front porch and Phoebe's hair is suddenly down with two clips in it.
CONT: After Rodriguez destroys a window and clock, he can be heard walking over broken glass, though the window and clock are now undamaged.
CONT: The first time that Phoebe is killed, her right hand is bent out, but the next time she is shown, her head is laying on it, then it is bent out again.
CONT: In the kitchen, Piper's necklace is a cross, but when she goes outside, it's a butterfly.
CONT: When Andy is attacked, he smashes into a shelving unit and falls in front of it. When Piper and Phoebe check on him he is several feet away from it.

TRIVIA

Newsperson 'Nancy ODell later returns in the season 5 "A Witch's Tail" when she interviews Phoebe in the bathtub.
SPOILER: Andy Trudeau is killed in a demon attack thus ending his run on 'Charmed'.
The episode title is a reference to a quote attributed to Yogi Berra: "It's like déjà vu all over again."
In the last scene the door of Halliwell Manor is closed (magically by Prue) starting a season ending tradition.
