MISTAKES/GOOFS

DATE: Matthew and Melinda Warren are surprised by many aspects of the modern world, such as photographs. Yet when Matthew is given a semi-automatic pistol, he seems to know what it is and how to use it without explanation.
CONT: After Prue lets Matthew out of the locket in her office, her hand keeps moving from at her side to on her stomach between shots.
CONT: The locket twists round between shots after Melinda Warren puts it locket back on.
FACT: Prue gets away from Andy by setting off the driver's airbag, trapping him in the car. In reality, airbags inflate and then deflate in a fraction of a second.
FACT: It is mentioned that Melinda Warren was burned at the stake in Salem. In fact, no one was burned to death in Salem. Those sentenced for witchcraft were actually executed by hanging; one man died as a result of torture by being crushed by rocks.
