  • Episode 04 - Despite cleverly using aerial stock footage of the Hamptons during editing, the beach house used in this episode was actually on Zuma Beach, Malibu, California, on the opposite side of the country.
  • Episode 07 - Goof (continuity error): In the squad room, Beckett is wearing a brown two-button jacket when she gets the call to go to the morgue. In the next scene in the morgue, she is wearing a green zip-up jacket. When she returns to the squad room, she is again wearing the brown jacket.
