Carter Country
Roy Mobey is the redneck long-time sheriff of Clinton Corners, Georgia, who has assigned a college-educated, New York City-trained black sergeant named Curtis Baker as his second-in-command. Despite differences in race, culture and education, the two men are able to work together in relative harmony.
