Mistakes/Goofs

Goof (crew or equipment visible): When the Escalade flips, the mortar that fired the charge can be seen leaving a smoke trail as the vehicle is rolling. The pole fired by the mortar can be seen briefly before the vehicle completely leaves the ground.
Goof (continuity error): Near the end, John Barrett is shown driving a current-generation (GMT-900, 2007-present) Cadillac Escalade. After it crashes and flips, the front of a ten-year-old (GMT-400, 1999-2000) Cadillac Escalade is shown. These two vehicles have noticeably different front fascia, with different headlights and grilles.
Goof (revealing mistake): When Michael is shot, you can clearly see the squib under his shirt. As he is then picked up by Barrett to be taken away, the clips and pins on the back of his shirt to make it fit snugly are visible.
