Season 5 Trivia

Episode 02 - The character of Dawn was originally intended to have the power to speak to the dead. She was also supposed to be able to move objects with her mind. These powers were later dropped.
Episode 05 - Goof (revealing mistake): (at around 28 mins) When Buffy is sent flying, there are faint traces of the wires supporting the stunt woman are visible against the wall in the background.
Episode 07 - Goof (crew or equipment visible): As Act I opens and Buffy goes running off through the graveyard, the mast of the mobile lighting tower that is illuminating the scene is visible several times against the dark sky beyond the cemetery wall.
Episode 01 - Goof (crew or equipment visible): (at around 1 min) A water bottle is visible on the mantel in Dracula's mansion, adjacent to more Dracula-appropriate urns and candles.
