MISTAKES/GOOFS

CONT: Ampata applies lipstick in the bathroom, but a few hours later tells Buffy that she doesn't have any lipstick and needs to borrow some.
CREW: As Willow and Xander do a walk-and-talk across the front lawn of Sunnydale High, two crew members with lighting gear come into view in the background past Xander's left shoulder.
CONT: We see the door to Buffy's house open from the outside swing in one direction. When we see the same door from the inside, it is very clearly hinged on the other side.
CHAR: Explaining his costume for the cultural exchange party, Xander says: "I'm from the country of Leone. It's in Italy pretending to be Montana". But all Leone's western movies were filmed in Spain (mostly in Almeria region), pretending to be New Mexico (The Good, the Bad and the Ugly), Arizona (Once upon a Time in the West), or other States near Mexican border.

The band name on the drum kit for Oz's band is "Dingoes ate my Baby" and the Australian flag hangs over them, a reference to the Lindy Chamberlain Creighton case in Australia.
During this episode, Devon asks Oz, "What does a girl have to do to impress you," and Oz replies, "Well, it involves a feather boa and the theme to A Summer Place (1959). During the Season Seven episode "Him," every time a woman is mystically attracted to R. J., he appears to her to move in slow motion while the theme from A Summer Place plays in the background.
